Device related questions

Android: 1> When the device is connected for the first time, long press the on/off key on the helmet to enter “Pair” status. To reconnect, long press the on/off key on the helmet to enter “On” status. 2> Open the app in your phone and start Bluetooth. Hold your phone close to your helmet, and tap the helmet column on the app device page. Questions about joining a group

If you make a call, send a message or open another app, tap to open LIVALL Riding again to ensure it has running priority when your screen is locked.
1> When the average speed or maximum speed exceeds normal speed, the riding data will be invalid. 2> When the movement time/movement distance/average speed or maximum speed is less than or equals 0, the riding data will be invalid. 3> If the deviation of the course result calculated using the average speed and activity time from the recorded data is too high, the riding data will be invalid.

Yes. Connect to the new helmet, which supports music on third party music players. The “Bling Remote Controller” device can be used to switch songs, play songs and pause playback. Connect to the old helmet, which supports music on third party music players. The “Bling Remote Controller” device cannot be directly used to switch songs, play songs or pause playback.
1> Check if the the Bluetooth earphone of the Bling helmet is connected. The Bluetooth icon on your phone will change after it is connected. Enter “Settings-Bluetooth” through the mobile phone, and find Helmet Headset. If it is not found, close the Bling helmet, and long press the power-on key to power on and enter “Pair”. When finding the Helmet Headset, tap it to pair it. 2> If music cannot be played after pairing, check the current audio output on your phone. Find the settings, and select the Bluetooth earphone for the Bling helmet. For iPhones, scroll on the screen display to switch to Helmet Headset. For Android phones, enter Bluetooth – Helmet Headset, and tap to enter it and set the audio output item. 3> The volume can be increased for clarity.
